Every piece of Egyptian Arts de Vivre is unique and made with care .
Being made from natural materials, this product requires good care in usage. Keep your jewelry in a closed box far away from sun ray access. We recommend avoid creams and lotions, soap, chemicals, such as perfumes, cleaning products and chlorine, extreme heat and any other abusive materials. Store each piece separately, in its designated box, to prevent any scratching or rubbing from contact with other jewels .The scarab wings have exciting characteristics of color, fluorescent with different shades of blue, green, orange, purple etc. lasting 100 years and more. Egyptian Arts de Vivre considers this another miracle of nature .

If there is an issue with breakage or re-sizing, contact me and we'll work something out.
We accept all major Credit Cards issued by US and International banks.
We also accept payments via PayPal.
All orders will be processed after receiving the complete payment of the purchased items and the shipping charge.
Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (M-F) after purchase and shipped according to the shipping method selected on the original order. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping location. Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS , within 2-5 business days of sale. We are happy to do expedited shipping w/in the US via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Just contact us for pricing. We will send you an email with your Delivery Confirmation number when we've shipped your order. Delivery Confirmation is included for all US orders. Delivery time depends on what we currently have in stock as well as where orders are being shipped. If you have special shipping requests or timeline you are trying to adhere to please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

US Ground Shipping = $6.60 3-5 Business Days

International orders are shipped via First Class Priority International (USPS) / FEDEX which at this time, offers no tracking. International shipping is $25 . We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US.
Please note: Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. Customers are responsible for international taxes, duties, and refused shipping charges.
U.S. Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the sale confirmation. Currently, we offer exchanges for the same item.
All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for www.egyptianartsdevivre.com We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.
Start an Exchange or Return
Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.
To return a damaged item, please contact contact@egyptianartsdevivre.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We are unable to replace items that were purchased through our third-party vendors.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an international return, please contact contact@egyptianartsdevivre.com
Finale Sale
Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns from any pop-up shop purchases or purchases made through our third-party vendors.
